My weekly 07/2024 with lots of sports and dealing with business following the death of my mother.
Monday February 12
Mom: Online appointment with ABN Amro for identification and online signing.
Household: I never actually vacuum, because my husband always does that. He has a bit of a fear of contamination, so he can do that much better. His motto is always: you do it right, or you don’t do it. Well, I’m not doing it, because I’m really not going to break the bank. But now I was home alone at the end of the afternoon, playing some nice music and going.
Study: Watched ChatGPT seminar together.
Sports: Unexpectedly to pilates, catch-up class from last Wednesday.
Tuesday
Work: Well, actually solved quite a lot of problems, nice feeling.
Family time: Out with the ladies for a Valentine’s Day and birthday present for my husband.
Fathers: Just visiting my stepfather, because his back needs to be rubbed every now and then and of course my mother can no longer do that. And I received a small gift, a crocheted cuddly toy.
Sports: Strength training arms & shoulders @ home.
Wednesday
Sports: First an hour of pilates. Then on to the gym for an hour of cardio. 15 minutes of cycling, rowing, running and on the cross trainer.
Kids: Do an experiment for school together with Nikki. Separate salt and pepper using a static balloon. I also learned something again.
Thursday
Work: Nice and busy again, with the emphasis on tasty. Couple of meetings and sorting things out.
Sports: Running together. Also some intervals on the track.
Friday
Work: Started nice and early. Then it’s also an earlier weekend. ?
Mom: Collecting documents and sending them to the notary for inheritance tax. Which one I missed requested.
Family time: Watching a horse movie with the ladies. Then Beverbende and for the first time a game of darts with the ladies.
Me-time: Watched a movie in bed.
Saturday
Me-time: Watched a movie & did some writing.
Sports: 35 minutes of aerobics @ home.
Family time: Celebrating a birthday with the four of us.
Kids: One gymnastics in the morning, the other gymnastics at the end of the afternoon.
Nina had dinner and stayed with a friend. Remco out for a surfboard. Nikki and I on the Wii.
Sunday
Me-time: Sleep in and stay in bed until half past 11. Nikki & Whiskey were cozy next to me.
Sports: Remco left early with the neighbor for the Vondelpark run. We were going to come along, but according to the weather report it would rain non-stop. He ran another PR!
Family time: Going out with Nikki, getting buns together for lunch.
Sports: Half an hour of power yoga. So I just really don’t like it, it’s all too slow.
Fathers: Just visiting my father. He is still doing well. Only the neighbor/friend was treated completely, so they were very emotional. He immediately started selling all his stuff. When I was there, his beloved motorcycles were being taken away.
My weekly 07/2024 ends in a nice and relaxed way. Lots of sports, lots of regular things, but also lots of nice relaxing things, such as playing the Wii with the kids and watching movies themselves.
