Ingredients
These are the ingredients for 4 people:
- 3 eggs
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 125 grams of flour
- 25 grams of sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 300 ml of milk
- Butter
- Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Separate the egg white from the yolk.
- Beat the yolks with the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
- Carefully add the flour and milk to the batter.
- Beat the egg whites and fold them into the batter.
- Heat some butter in a pan and bake 4 thick pancakes.
- Roll up the pancakes and cut them into irregular pieces.
- Put the loose pieces back in the pan and stir for another 5 minutes.
- Divide over 4 plates and sprinkle with some powdered sugar.
