Wednesday, February 27th, it was time for my hypnosis pre-talk. After running, I was still fiddling around at home because I thought I had to be there at 12:30. Then at 11:20, I realized I had an appointment at 11:30. I immediately sent an apology message and jumped in the car. Luckily, I was there by 12:00.
I had jumped into the car without a coat and in a thinner sweater, without the fear of getting cold. I thought: I’ll survive. That’s a bit of an adjustment for me. I did have cold moments, where I literally felt the cold air on my skin, but that doesn’t mean I’m completely cold. It’s allowed to be there.
The conversation
It was a very nice conversation of about 3.5 hours! I don’t think I’ve ever had such a long conversation. Actually, it was quite nice. Diana seems like a down-to-earth Dutch person on one hand, but on the other hand, she knows very well how to make connections and sees through everything. In every conversation, I learn so much about myself, things that I had never noticed before or that anyone had ever told me. It’s really very enlightening.
There was tea, coffee, cookies, and chocolate. But I only had tea because I was talking so much. Normally, I would have eaten all the sweets. And normally, I’m not much of a talker, but with her, it just flows out.
I actually have no idea what was discussed. It’s as if I experienced everything in a dream. Normally, I would write everything down, preferably word for word, but I just can’t do that now. I’m writing this a few days later because I had no idea how to note this down. Well, like this.
Next week, the actual hypnosis, then all the discussed themes will probably come up again, and I can describe them better.
