How come that the endless laundry basket is never empty? Either it’s full of dirty laundry, or it’s full of clean laundry.

The dirty laundry
The clothes of those two ladies, they are not so small anymore. And often there are several outfits from one day in the laundry basket. At first she also threw everything everywhere, which made me completely lost, whether something was dirty or clean. Now we have a cat that is almost blind, so it is not nice for her if there are clothes everywhere, since then all dirty clothes are always neatly in the laundry basket. But it’s still a lot of laundry! My husband and I also exercise a lot, so we definitely fill the laundry basket with all the running clothes. And we exercise almost every day. Especially in winter, there are a lot of large items of clothing.
The endless clean laundry basket
Maybe I think this one is even worse! With the clean laundry basket I have to figure out who which item of clothing is for. I always make a distinction between ‘attic-us’ and ‘upstairs-them’. I always fold my husband’s clothes neatly straight away, otherwise he goes crazy. I fold my clothes halfway and put them somewhere in the bedroom, to be put in my wardrobe one day. I put all the ladies’ clean clothes in a laundry basket and then leave them in their room for far too long. Sorting out all those clothes, folding them and putting them in the closet is really terrible work. After a few days they have removed the favorite items of clothing, which means less clean-up work for me. ? Well, I like to make it as easy as possible for myself. My eldest daughter and I also have almost the same clothing size, so I regularly have her clothes in my room. Oops.
